Solmara · Considered stays on the golden coast
Villas, fincas and beach houses chosen one by one — each stay a place you explore, not just a place you sleep.
The idea

Scroll and each house unfolds the way you'd actually move through it — arrival, interior, that one golden corner you'll remember.

Beyond the door

Limestone cliffs hide a string of turquoise inlets — ask us which one is empty at nine in the morning.

Amber stone, cold vermut, and a market that still argues about tomatoes.

Twenty minutes inland the coast goes quiet and the hills take over.

Charter a llaüt with a skipper who knows where the light lands first.
…and it always ends back at your pool.
Back to the staysWhy Solmara
No lockboxes. Someone who loves the house meets you at the gate with cold water and warm directions.
Water pressure, reading light, knife sharpness, the quiet of the bedrooms — checked before every season.
Private cooks, pre-stocked kitchens, and a wine list built from vineyards you can see from the terrace.
Your concierge answers in minutes, books the boat, moves the dinner, finds the cove.
Guest stories
We planned to see the whole coast. We saw the pool, the market, and one perfect cove — and it was the best week of our year.
The concierge moved our dinner twice without being asked, because the wind changed. That’s the level.
I’ve stayed in hotels that cost three times as much and remembered them half as well.

About us
Solmara started with a farmhouse our grandmother refused to sell and a guest book she refused to stop keeping. Twelve summers later we look after thirty-eight homes along the same stretch of coast — each one visited, slept in, argued over, and loved before it ever takes a booking.
We are not a platform. We are the people who know which house catches the morning light, which cove the wind skips, and which table to book before you land.
